OnePlus is a chinese smartphone manufacturer, it has announced that it would be opening six service centers in India to provide quick services to it customers.
In setting up its first Exclusive Service Center (ESC) in Bangalore which is said to be opened by the mid of next month. The other ESC’s will be opened shortly in Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Hydrabad, Chennai.
OnePlus already offers free pickup and drop service to its customer for servicing and a guaranteed 1-hour time for resolving customer issues through professional servicemens.
The general manager of OnePlus India has said
“WE ARE THRILLED TO LAUNCH OUR FIRST EXCLUSIVE SERVICE CENTRE IN BANGLORE. WITH THIS LAUNCH WE EMBARK ON A JOURNER OF A RENEWED COMMITMENT TO RESILVE CUSTOMER ISSUES WITHIN AN HOUR. OUR PROMISE TO OUR FANS IS TO OFFER EXCEPTIONAL SMARTPHONE EXPERIENCEWHILE COMPLEMENTING IT WITH WORLD CLASS SUPPORT AND INFRASTRUCTURE. THIS IS YET ANOTHER STEP IN FULFILLING THAT COMMITMENT”
The ESC which is first being established it aiming to be first made available in most popular places, malls, etc for easy accessibility.
